knowledge management models are SECI

S-Socialization
E-Externalization
C-Combination
I-Internalization

Socialization: The sharing of tacit knowledge between individuals though joint activities,physical proximity.
Externalization: The expression tacit knowledge in publicly compressible form.

Combination: The conversion of explicit knowledge in to complex set of more explicit knowledge: communication, dissemination,systematization of explicit knowledge.

Internalization: The conversion of explicit knowledge in to tacit knowledge on a individual or organizational scale,

  2. hi shyam,i think seci model is to understand the knowledge creation in an organisation,this is derived by nonaka and takeuchi and you dint give any proper examples where we can use this model in real life.

  4. I totally agree with Naveen and Harish that you should give some examples, those examples may be your own expereince in work or it might be a genral one but you shoukd always support your definations with examples.
